Look on main page , at left hand menu. Go to chat registrations and register your details (this doesn’t take long). peaceful souls owners will e mail you a response message - from then on you will be registered and able to access the chat forums whenever you choose.

2- I have registered for chat rooms but can’t get in , all i get is a grey box-why?

You will need java installed on your pc to be able to access the chat rooms, when entering chat a box will appear which asks for your username and password, without the password and username you will not be able to get in, so keep them handy.

3-i get the username and password request but my username and password still doesn’t work?

3-I have entered the chat forums which room should i use?

Please come into chat room 1- community chat, here is where you can meet new friends, ask questions or advice and where most chats are going on, should you be in chat specifically for a class- its worth popping into room 1 to see if there are any changes to the schedule , staff there will then advise when class is about to start and in which room it will take place.

4- I would like to join the chat rooms but I’m a bit shy and not sure I’d be welcome.

5- Do the username and password give me automatic access to the community boards using the same details and can we use them?

No unfortunately our boards work on a separate username and password to the chat rooms , however the password is sent to u immediately after registering unlike the chat rooms which we authorise ourselves, but you may still use the same username on the boards and can access your details and change your passwords once registered. we welcome members to use the boards as little or as much as they wish and to have fun there.

6-What do the initials stand for in front of names in the chat rooms?

Firstly the people with initials are generally staff although we are aiming to bring in initials for readers and teachers to make it easier for you to see them. The initials at the moment are :-TT~ stands for trainee team, TM~ are team members, TL~ are team leaders and O~ are owners (Felouse and Essie) and M~ are mentors/teachers.

7- do you need to be staff to read?

We encourage any and all of our members to read should they wish, there are no criteria to meet all we ask is that make sure a staff member is present at the time and that read and abide by our READERS GUIDE in left hand menu of site. Should you wish to try reading and are a little unsure or new to reading ask a staff member if its possible somebody can assist you, they will find an experienced reader to assist should you get stuck or get into difficulty. Please also ensure you ask for help if needed, it won’t be held against you we will support you all we can.

8- How much do readings cost?

Good news all our readings along with everything else at peaceful souls is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE, our aim is not to make a profit but to give others what we receive in the hope that it will give them inner peace , help and support should they need it.

9- Who are the owners of peaceful souls?

You can read more about us on our profiles on meet our staff or come in and have a chat, the 2 owners at peaceful souls are :- patricia AKA Essie (often called ess) and Anita AKA Felouse (often called fel). We are both normal people who started peaceful souls with an interest in spiritual matters and whom aim to pass on to others what we have learnt to enable them to fulfil their own spiritual paths to the fullest. We endeavour to help our members in any way we can and unite to bring members another family community which they can enjoy.

10-I have a few ideas of things i would like to see on site or make general comments.

11- i would like/know someone who might need healing how should i do this?

Our site healer is TL~Bunnietiger she is willing to assist all requests for healing and will send healing accordingly, please contact her through e mail bunniebuns@hotmail.com or in the chat rooms , if in chat room just ask if you can make a request in private and she will take you to another room in strict confidence. We are hoping to have some healing classes very soon and healing/prayer nights which anyone will be free to join in. Please keep an eye on classes board for these dates.

12- I noticed classes on site, can anyone join the classes and do you need any special gifts to take part?

All classes on site welcome people to come and join in , everybody is welcome . You don’t even need to take part you can just come in and sit and watch, let the mentor/teacher know you just want to watch but if at any time you feel you can join in and take part please feel free to do so ALL OUR CLASSES ARE ALSO FREE.

13- I’m not sure if i have a gift but i have had strange experiences in the past.

Many people do not recognise they have a gift , they just have had experiences, alike most people it isn’t until you visit sites such as peaceful souls and listen to others experiences that you realise you have had the same occurrence, we love to share our experiences with others to help understand more about spirituality , the owners and members here all learnt more this way, hence our wanting to share with others and create peaceful souls.

14- how do we apply for staff positions/ readers status?

Should you wish to take a more active role in site you are welcome to apply for any of these please use the link on the left hand menu where it says staff application , you will find various roles to choose from. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY STAFF CAN BE DEMOTED TO LOWER STATUS THIS MAY BE BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING:- lack of commitment to site without keeping us informed, putting site at risk, causing a nuisance to site or other members, causing upset amongst site, IT IS THE OWNERS DISCRETION WHEN SUCH DECISONS ARE MADE.

15- can i tell my friends about peaceful souls and get them registered?

You are more than welcome to tell friends/acquaintances about peaceful souls, but they need to register their details themselves by filling out a registration form (left side menu, main page).

PLEASE NOTE WHILST WE DO NOT MIND YOU TELLING FRIENDS ABOUT PEACEFULSOULS WE WILL NOT TOLERATE SPAMMING WHILST IN OTHER SPIRITUAL SITES AS THIS IS NOT FAIR TO ALL CONCERNED AND CAUSES UPSET, ANYBODY FOUND DOING THIS WILL RECEIVE AN INSTANT BAN ONCE WE HAVE RELEVANT EVIDENCE FROM THE OTHER SITE CONCERNED, WE WISH TO WORK WITH OTHER SITES AND not against them
