At Peacefulsouls we deem it essential that
people should be given a fair chance to answer any complaints that may be levelled against them, or indeed any complaints
that may arise from any visiting member, whether that complaint be against another member, or against any of our staff. We
hope that the information below will aid you, should we ever need to involve you in a disciplinary procedure at any time ~
-
where a member may be involved in an unsuitable conversation,
if they persist after requests from our staff to stop are ignored, a transcript of that conversation may be taken
-
If it becomes necessary for us to obtain a transcript,
a copy will be sent to you for you to look over, after which you will be asked to come and chat about it. This will give you
the opportunity to defend your actions, and for us to hopefully resolve any problem fairly
-
If a situation arises where two (2) of our members are
involved in an argument in any of the community rooms, both will be asked to go to a separate room with a member of staff
in order that they may discuss the problem, after which both staff will confer on the separate allegations/conversations.
Depending on the outcome of the staffs conference, both members will be asked to rejoin the staff to talk things through so
that a reasonable compromise may be reached
-
If a situation occurs where you feel the need to complain
about a member of our staff, we request that where possible you provide the evidence of this, by copying and pasting the relevant
conversation/read. Every complaint will be looked into fairly and in an unbiased manner. We will, after looking into
the complaint let you know of any outcome, and where necessary an apology from the staff involved will be received by yourself
-
Whilst we endeavour not to ban people, sometimes this
may become necessary. We hope that the following will aid you in your dealings with this, should it arise ~
-
First instances are dealt with as set out above, by talking
to yourselves after a copy of a transcript has been sent to you
-
Secondly, a written warning will be received, with a
copy of the relevant transcript attached, followed by a meeting with one of our staff
-
Thirdly, a final written warning will be
sent accompanied by any relevant transcript(s), also a meeting again with one of our staff, at which you will be advised that
this will be your last chance and final warning
-
please note owners can ban any member causing
distress or unappropiate behaviour on site towards staff or members without prior notice.
